Chapter Management

The Chapters subsystem of iMIS Customer Management enables you to track chapter memberships. From the Manage chapters rosters window you have full access to all chapter data maintenance, inquiry, and reporting functions. This access enables you to do the following:

■    Activate and view chapter rosters of current, past, or future enrollees

■    Maintain a list of enrollees and their terms

■    Print a detailed roster of current, future, or past chapter enrollees

■    Maintain the tables of chapter codes

The reporting support for Chapter Management includes a full set of rosters and labels, as well as comprehensive statistical reports that reflect member additions and cancellations, movement from chapter to chapter, and other changes in status.

The Manage chapters rosters task list item displays on the Customers task list when iMIS is licensed for CHAPTERS.
